Event & Marketing Specialist – North Africa & Levant

About the Role We are looking for an energetic and proactive Event & Marketing Specialist to support our marketing activities across North Africa and the Levant region. This role will focus on the planning and execution of regional events, exhibitions, customer activities, and local marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker, enjoys communicating with people, is passionate about marketing and events, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with frequent business travel. Key Responsibilities 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, exhibitions, seminars, customer activities, and marketing campaigns across North Africa and the Levant. 2. Support local market promotion activities and work closely with regional sales and business teams to understand market needs. 3. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, partners, venues, and other suppliers to ensure smooth event execution. 4. Support the development and localization of marketing materials and promotional content for Arabic-speaking markets. 5. Manage event timelines, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. 6. Support regional brand-building initiatives and other marketing projects when required. 7. Travel frequently within the assigned markets to support local activities and events. Requirements 1. Native Arabic speaker with good command of English. 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Event Management, or another relevant field. 3. 1–3 years of working experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related area. 4. Fresh or early-career candidates with a relevant educational background and a strong interest in developing a career in marketing and event management are also welcome. 5. Outgoing, confident, and comfortable communicating with customers, partners, and colleagues from different cultures. 6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects. 7. Willing and able to travel frequently across North Africa and the Levant. Previous experience in the renewable energy, solar, energy storage, power, or related B2B industries is highly preferred.
