Technical Skills Frontend: - React, Vite, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS - Modern dashboard UI development - REST API integration - Real-time UI updates and streaming responses - Responsive and user-friendly enterprise application design Backend: - Python, Fast API, REST API development - Node.js / Express.js is a plus - MySQL / relational database design - SQL queries, schema design, and data modeling - Background jobs, data processing, and integration services - Agentic AI and Automation Integration: - API integration with monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, BCM, and knowledge systems - Data normalization and correlation logic - JSON-based data processing - Authentication and authorization concepts (Single-Sign-ON services) DevOps: - Git / GitLab / Azure DevOps - Docker / containerized application development - Red Hat OpenShift deployment knowledge is preferred - Environment configuration and application troubleshooting General: - BS degree in Computer Science - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work with operational data - Ability to document technical work clearly - Experience in enterprise IT, monitoring, service management, or AIOps is preferred
