• Head of Service – Middle East • Location: UAE • Reports to: Managing Director Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage service operations across the Middle East. • Drive service performance, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Manage service planning, scheduling, and delivery. • Lead and develop the service team. • Manage key customer accounts and escalated service issues. Requirements • Proven experience in Service Management / Service Operations leadership. • Strong people-management and team-development capability. • Experience managing budgets, revenue, margins, KPIs, and performance targets. • Strong customer-service and commercial orientation. • Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
