Marketing Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly accomplished Marketing Manager to lead the organization's marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, digital presence, and market growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership role requiring an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, shaping brand perception, driving measurable commercial outcomes, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full marketing function, ensuring alignment between brand, business development, digital channels, and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. • Lead brand positioning, corporate messaging, and market visibility initiatives. • Drive thought leadership, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement programs. • Own demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition initiatives. • Oversee the organization's website strategy, content, performance, user experience, and conversion optimization. • Lead and continuously improve SEO, organic search visibility, and digital presence. • Own and manage social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and online reputation. • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Monitor marketing performance, analytics, ROI, and key growth metrics. • Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners. • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture. Key Requirements • Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in marketing, including direct responsibility for leading and developing teams. • Proven success in building brands, driving market presence, and generating qualified business opportunities. • Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies. • Demonstrated ownership of website management, SEO, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. • Excellent storytelling, content development, and communication capabilities. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align marketing activities to business growth and revenue objectives. • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Background within knowledge-based, solution-led, or relationship-driven organizations is highly preferred.
