We need a strategic leader who doesn't just create marketing plans but knows how to execute them, manage resources effectively, and achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets. ✅ Lead, manage, and optimize the marketing team's performance to maximize productivity and ROI. ✅ Set clear KPIs, monitor results, and ensure marketing targets are consistently achieved. ✅ Plan and execute Forex-related events, expos, seminars, and promotional campaigns. ✅ Build and manage influencer partnerships, KOL collaborations, and brand ambassadors. ✅ Develop effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies. ✅ Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaign performance. ✅ Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to drive conversions and business growth. What We're Looking For: 🎯 Proven Forex industry experience is MANDATORY. 🎯 Strong strategic planning and execution skills. 🎯 Demonstrated ability to achieve marketing KPIs and business targets. 🎯 Excellent leadership, team management, and resource allocation skills. 🎯 Hands-on experience in event management and influencer marketing. 🎯 Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing. 🎯 Analytical mindset with a strong focus on ROI and measurable results.
