Role Description The Mobile Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair on vehicles, equipment, or mobile assets, including diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and conducting routine inspections. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, carrying out preventive maintenance according to schedules, and documenting all work performed in a clear and accurate manner. The Mobile Technician will interact with internal teams and customers to provide updates, explain technical findings, and ensure that equipment is safe, operational, and meets company standards. The role also involves assisting in training users or junior team members on proper operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures. Qualifications • Strong Maintenance & Repair skills, including hands-on experience with mobile equipment or vehicles. • Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and systematic methods. • Experience with Preventive Maintenance, including planning, executing, and documenting scheduled service activities. • Solid Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. • Capability to deliver Training on equipment operation, basic maintenance practices, and safety guidelines. • Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive, mechanical, or electrical fields. • Understanding of safety standards and regulations, and commitment to safe work practices. • Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. • Previous experience in logistics, fleet maintenance, or a similar environment is an advantage.
