Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role plays a key part in preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, process, and track purchase orders in accordance with company procedures • Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and documentation • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues • Act as a liaison between departments (operations, finance, sales, and logistics) to ensure alignment and smooth workflow • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, invoices, and supplier communications • Support inventory tracking and operational planning as needed • Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control • Handle general operational and administrative tasks as required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred) • Previous experience in operations coordination, purchasing, or administrative support • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP, or purchasing systems experience is a must • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Opportunities for growth and skill development Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role.
