Role Description The Russian Speaker | Fertilizers | International Sales role is a full-time position based in the United Arab Emirates, The role focuses on developing and managing international sales of fertilizer products to Russian-speaking markets and other key regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams on logistics, documentation, and after-sales support. The person in this role will conduct market research, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and attend industry events or virtual meetings to expand the client network. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and adherence to relevant trade regulations and company policies are also essential. Qualifications • Strong Russian and English language skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in speaking and writing. • Experience in international sales, account management, or business development, ideally within fertilizers, agribusiness, or related sectors. • Knowledge of fertilizer products, agricultural supply chains, and international trade practices is highly beneficial. • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate terms professionally, and manage long sales cycles. • Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and common business software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or internal business needs, as required.
