Social Media Internship

Content Creation & Social Media • Help manage and grow FMA's & clients social media presence. • Brainstorm creative content ideas, develop concepts and stay on top of social media trends. • Assist with content creation for selected client accounts, including occasional in-person content days at a salon. • Capture engaging, natural-looking content using your iPhone, with a good eye for angles, lighting, aesthetics and detail. Influencer Marketing & Brand Outreach • Support one of FMA's client an influencer agency, with identifying and reaching out to relevant brands. • Research potential brand partners and create targeted outreach lists. • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation across FMA & client projects. Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone who: • Has a genuine passion for social media, content creation, branding and digital marketing. • Has a great eye for aesthetics and knows how to capture content on an iPhone. • Is creative, curious and constantly coming up with ideas. • Is confident communicating with brands and businesses professionally. • Is organised, proactive and comfortable taking initiative. • Understands social media trends and what makes people stop scrolling. • Is interested in influencer marketing, partnerships and business development. • Is eager to learn, take feedback and develop their skills in a real agency environment. Previous agency experience isn't essential. A creative eye, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn matter most.
