Role Description: A Sr. Architect will lead the planning, design, and coordination of complex architectural projects, ensuring that technical, aesthetic, and functional requirements are met. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Doha, Qatar, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, producing and reviewing detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing integration with engineering and construction disciplines. As a Sr. Architect, I will collaborate with project managers, software and systems teams, and external stakeholders to align design solutions with project goals, budget, and schedule. The role also involves guiding junior team members, maintaining compliance with local codes and international standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in design and delivery practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture • Certified MMUP Grade A in Qatar and Registered Architect in the Philippines • Strong expertise in architectural design, including concept development, detailed design documentation, and site execution. • Skilled in integration and software development for coordinating digital design tools, BIM, and technology‑enabled project workflows • Proficient in project management, encompassing planning, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and progress reporting • Proven experience in leading medium‑ to large‑scale architectural projects, particularly in commercial, institutional, and landmark developments • Strong proficiency in industry‑standard design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, ACONEX, Revit); familiarity with collaborative platforms is an advantage • Knowledgeable in regional building codes, sustainability principles, and value engineering methodologies • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Show more Show less Company Description: CENVE (Construction Excellence National Value Engineering) is a consulting firm specializing in architectural design and construction supervision.
