🚀 BeanBack is looking for a Biologist or Chemist! 🧪🌱 We’re building a GreenTech / Circular Economy startup focused on transforming waste into valuable resources, from developing smart machines to extracting and valorizing high-value components from organic residues. Where we stand today: ✅ Proofs of concept developed ✅ Pre-label obtained ✅ Recognized through several entrepreneurship and innovation programs ✅ Grants secured to acquire R&D and production equipment ✅ Legally incorporated Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a Biologist or Chemist who: - Has a strong interest in R&D, formulations, and experimentation - Is comfortable turning ideas into real, tested solutions - Is willing to go beyond the lab and get involved in operations - Enjoys innovating, testing, failing, improving, and pushing things forward - Is comfortable communicating with partners and stakeholders, or eager to learn - Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is ready to build, not just advise! What would you work on? You would contribute to and take ownership of our R&D activities, particularly formulation, laboratory experimentation, validation, equipment acquisition, and the development of our waste-valorization solutions for applications in agriculture, cosmetics, and other industries. This is a hands-on opportunity to turn scientific knowledge into real-world impact, experiment with new ideas, and help build solutions from the ground up. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and motivated to grow with an early-stage startup. 🌱 Interested in taking things further?
