HR Analytics and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a talented HR Analytics amp; Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Sfax and help transform HR data into meaningful insights while supporting critical HR processes. What Youll Do ? ✅ Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPIs ✅ Analyze workforce metrics, including: Headcount Absenteeism Turnover Recruitment performance Training effectiveness ✅ Ensure employee data accuracy and integrity across HR systems ✅ Support payroll reporting and HR compliance activities ✅ Coordinate onboarding and employee records management ✅ Support recruitment activities and HR projects ✅ Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
