Human Resources Manager

We’re hiring: HR Manager We’re growing fast and looking for the person who will build our team from the ground up. What you’ll do • Recruit and onboard our operational team: operators, team leads, admin staff • Build HR processes from zero: contracts, employee files, attendance, leave, internal rules • Manage payroll preparation, CNSS declarations, and compliance with the Tunisian Labour Code • Plan shifts and staffing around activity peaks • Set up training, performance tracking, and a culture of safety and accountability • Be the go-to person for every employee question and issue What we’re looking for • 3+ years in HR, ideally in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or retail • Solid knowledge of Tunisian labour law, CNSS, and payroll • Experience recruiting operational profiles at volume • Organized, firm, fair, and comfortable on the ground, not just behind a desk • Fluent in French; English is a plus What we offer • A founding role with real ownership and impact • Direct work with management • Competitive salary based on experience La Soukra, Tunisia | Full-time | On-site Interested? Send your CV to omri.mohamedali1@gmail.com with the subject “HR – Hor Connect”.
