Job Title: Mold Maintenance Technician About the job:  To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Plastic Injection Molding Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in maintaining plastic injection molding machines. Main Responsibilities · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and their auxiliary equipment. · Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation faults. · Maintain injection, plasticizing, and clamping units, as well as heating and cooling systems. · Service auxiliary equipment, including drying ovens, dehumidifying dryers, mold temperature controllers, chillers, material loaders, and part removal robots. · Check safety devices and ensure equipment is safe to restart after maintenance. · Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose improvements to reduce machine downtime. · Document maintenance activities and support spare parts tracking. · Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality teams to identify equipment issues that may affect molded part quality.
