About The Opportunity The Maintenance Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of production equipment and facilities. Based at our Pursuit Aerospace Tunisia site, this role combines technical expertise with team leadership. The Maintenance Leader works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to minimize equipment downtime, improve maintenance performance, and support the achievement of production objectives. This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership and technical skills who enjoys solving complex problems, developing maintenance technicians, and driving continuous improvement in a demanding industrial and manufacturing environment.
