About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Brand Safety & IP Specialist / IP Lawyer to join our team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a strong background in intellectual property, copyright, digital media, and platform compliance, who understands how legal considerations translate into fast-paced digital content environments. You’ll work closely with editorial, production, and management teams to help ensure content is legally compliant and brand-safe, manage licensing matters, and handle copyright claims and platform disputes across Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat. If you’re comfortable navigating legal risk while providing practical, business-oriented advice, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do Legal Drafting & Review - Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing agreements, UGC agreements, and commercial contracts. - Handle legal requests with a fast turnaround, typically within 2–3 business days. - Identify key legal risks and provide practical recommendations. Platform Policy & Brand Safety - Assess legal, reputational, copyright, and monetization risks across Meta, YouTube, and Snapchat. - Interpret and apply platform policies related to copyright, content usage, monetization, and brand safety. - Support internal teams in making legally sound content decisions. Legal Research & Advisory - Conduct legal research on IP, copyright, licensing, digital media, and related topics. - Prepare clear and practical legal memos and recommendations. - Explain complex legal concepts and constraints to non-legal teams in an accessible way. Disputes & Copyright Claims - Manage copyright claims, strikes, disputes, and appeals through platform systems. - Support the resolution of content-related legal and compliance issues. - Assess potential risks and recommend appropriate courses of action.What We’re Looking For Education - Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law. - Specialization in Intellectual P
