Partner accountant

We’re Hiring! Are you ready to make an impact? We are looking for a Partner Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will be the financial heartbeat of our partner network (restaurants and stores), ensuring seamless account reconciliation, accurate invoicing, and timely payments. If you have a knack for numbers, love solving discrepancies, and excel at building strong partner relationships, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: •  Invoicing & Billing: Issue accurate periodic invoices based on contractual agreements. You'll review and verify rates, commission deductions, and order totals. •  Account Reconciliation: Reconcile daily and weekly orders processed in our system against partner accounts, ensuring absolute accuracy and quickly resolving any discrepancies. •  Payment Tracking & Posting: Monitor outstanding balances, promptly record payments and fund transfers, and match bank or cash receipts with recorded system balances. •  Partner Communication: Serve as the primary financial point of contact for our partners. You'll handle inquiries professionally and provide clear, periodic account statements detailing sales, commissions, and payouts. What We’re Looking For: • license / masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Hands on experience with accounting ERP systems and delivery management platforms. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,Pivot Tables, financial formulas, and reconciliation models are your bread and butter. • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple partner accounts under tight deadlines. • Ready to join the team?
