Our focus is embedded electronics and firmware, and a fully equipped electronics lab is currently being established. This is your opportunity to join early, take ownership, and help build both our products and the environment in which we develop them. What you’ll work on • Lead embedded electronics projects from scratch: turn an idea or requirement into a technical design, working prototype, and validated solution. • Design, develop, test, and debug embedded firmware. • Work on hardware design, component selection, schematic reviews, board bring-up, and hardware–software integration. • Investigate technical issues, evaluate trade-offs, and make well-reasoned engineering decisions. • Help establish our lab, testing processes, and development standards. What we’re looking for • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with proven hands-on expertise in both embedded firmware and electronics hardware. Hardware experience is required. • Strong C/C++ / Assembly skills and experience working with microcontrollers. • Practical experience with circuit design, schematic interpretation, PCB development, and hardware troubleshooting. • Confidence using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debugging tools. • Familiarity with communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I²C. • Autonomy and strong engineering judgment: you can break down an ambiguous problem, explain your reasoning, research solutions, and move forward without step-by-step instructions. • The ability to own and lead projects from the ground up: define the approach, plan mil
