Senior Graphic Designer

The Role We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual side of our brand and packaging projects. You will turn a client's story, heritage and product into a distinctive identity, packaging system and social media presence that stands out on shelf and on screen. You will be expected to take initiative and set the creative standard for the studio.Key Responsibilities Branding - Create complete brand identities: logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines and visual universe. - Translate brand strategy, origin stories and cultural heritage into strong visual concepts. - Prepare brand books and presentations for clients. Packaging and label design - Design packaging for agri-food products (bottles, jars, tins, labels, boxes, pouches, gift sets, shipping cartons). - Prepare print-ready files and work with printers and suppliers: dielines, color profiles, finishes, proofs and press checks. Social media and digital - Create visual content for social media: post templates, carousels, reels covers, stories and campaign visuals. - Design Meta Ads creatives and adapt them across formats. - Contribute to web visuals, sales decks, catalogs and B2B presentations. Creative leadership - Own quality control on visual deliverables across projects. - Guide and review the work of junior designers, freelancers or interns when needed. - Present concepts to clients, defend your creative choices and integrate feedback efficiently. - Manage several projects at once and respect deadlines.Profile Required - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, including branding and packaging. - A strong portfolio showing complete brand and packaging projects, ideally in food, beverage or FMCG. - Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. - Solid knowledge of print production: dielines, pre-press, color management, materials and finishes. - Strong sense of typography, composition, color and visual storytelling. - Experience designing social m
