What You Will Do - Answer all customer inquiries through various channels (telephone, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner - Perform accurate diagnosis of inquiries and providing appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures - Use appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request - Support and provide information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner - Participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/center - Perform additional responsibilities as required What You Ideally Bring With You - You have very good oral and written Portuguese communication skills, as well as being friendly and insightful, to understand and assist our customers with any queries which may arise. - You have a strong interest in eCommerce and marketing and a passion for print and design, enabling you to provide the best solution for our customers and to contribute to the success of their business. - You have good computer skills, allowing you to communicate with our customers on all channels to support them.
