Training & Development Manager for Research Department

Lead the training and development of the Credit Risk research team, so that every researcher, reviewer and outreach specialist meets the department’s minimum report standard and the output expected for their grade. Responsibilities - Own the department’s training programme: onboarding for new hires, core training for existing staff, targeted training for repeat defects, and monthly refreshers. - Build training from actual quality findings: analyse QA and client defects, identify recurring gaps by person, team and market, and turn them into modules. - Develop blended content: live sessions, recorded modules, self-learning material, quizzes and supervised practice on live cases. - Lead and schedule the two Training Leads and the network of regional trainers. - Run assessments for independent work and end of probation, with team leaders and QA. - Train outreach staff on contact, interview and recording standards. - Measure results: repeat errors, first-pass QA acceptance and output before and after training; report monthly to the R&I Director. - Keep training material up to date with the report standard, client requirements and system changes. Requirements - At least 8 years in business information, credit reporting, due diligence, KYC or credit analysis, including at least 3 years leading training or a team. - Strong knowledge of company research: registries, financial statements, open-source research, interviews and credit assessment. - Experience designing training from quality data, and measuring its effect. - Fluent English and Arabic; French is an advantage. - Comfortable with e-learning tools, recorded content and remote delivery across several countries.
