Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (air, sea, and road/courier). Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service. Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients. Negotiate rates with carriers, agents, and vendors to ensure profitability. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
