Business Development Manager – AIM Congress ExhibitionJob Summary: Responsible for driving revenue growth for AIM Congress Exhibition by acquiring exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners. The role focuses on selling exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities while building strong client relationships and expanding the event’s commercial reach. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners. • Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and branding opportunities. • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international companies. • Research target markets and generate new business leads. • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. • Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and secure repeat participation. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in business development, exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, or event management. • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to meet revenue targets and develop new business. • Knowledge of the exhibitions, conferences, and events industry is an advantage.
