Part-Time Business Representative (Dubai · Pharmaceutical Export) | 100% Commission · Uncapped Earnings · 3-Year Client Protection About Us We are a China-based GMP-certified pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in generic tadalafil and dapoxetine. We hold a full set of export qualifications and COPP certificates for multiple countries. Our trading model is FOB Chinese port, serving licensed pharmaceutical traders and buyers in Dubai (JAFZA, DMCC). Through Dubai’s re-export hub, our products reach regulated pharmaceutical import markets across Africa, East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia and South America. What You Could Earn (Example) A new client places a first order of USD 100,000 FOB → 3.5% first-order commission = USD 3,500. Once that client’s cumulative purchases in a calendar year reach USD 300,000, all further orders that year earn 2.5%, and every repeat order from the client during the 3-year protection period keeps earning commission. How It Works Independent business cooperation (freelance agent, not an employee). 100% commission, no base salary, no KPIs. No capital outlay and no inventory required. Commission is calculated on FOB order value and can be settled in AED or USD, as written into the agency agreement. First-Order Commission for New Clients (based on the FOB value of a single first order) • Below USD 50,000: 2.5% • USD 50,000 to below USD 100,000: 3.0% • USD 100,000 to below USD 250,000: 3.5% • USD 250,000 and above: 4.0% Repeat-Order Commission for Existing Clients (based on the client’s cumulative FOB purchases in the calendar year) • Below USD 150,000: 1.5% • USD 150,000 to below USD 300,000: 2.0% • USD 300,000 and above: 2.5% The cumulative total is counted per calendar year and resets to zero on January 1. Each rate applies to new orders placed after the client reaches that tier. Commission Payment Commission is settled in proportion to the client’s advance payments, and the remainder is settled once the final balance is received in full. Commission is paid within two weeks after the corresponding client payment is received. For orders affected by returns or disputes, commission is adjusted according to the amount actually received. Your Responsibilities • Identify and develop pharmaceutical trading companies and buyers in JAFZA and DMCC that hold UAE MOHAP/EDE licenses and are engaged in global drug re-export, especially traders covering multiple regions (Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, South America). • Present our GMP credentials, full export documentation and multi-country COPP advantages, and explain the FOB China trading model clearly. • Handle early-stage negotiations: gather client needs, target markets and purchase volumes, and report back to our head office in China. • Invite clients to, and host meetings at, major industry exhibitions (e.g., WHX Dubai). • Submit regular visit reports and follow-up progress, and maintain long-term client relationships. • Verify each client’s credentials. Only introduce licensed, legitimate pharmaceutical businesses; do not introduce unlicensed shell companies or grey-channel buyers. Requirements • Based in Dubai, with a valid freelance or business permit. • Familiar with pharmaceutical import/export and re-export trade in JAFZA; existing relationships with JAFZA pharma buyers are a strong advantage. • Understanding of generic drug trade and of basic drug-registration requirements in markets across Africa, Asia and South America; experience with prescription or generic drug trade is a plus. • Fluent English; Arabic, Spanish or other languages are a plus. • Able to conduct client visits independently, with strong negotiation skills and a good business reputation. • Understanding of pharmaceutical trade compliance; experience in pharma trading, business development or industry brokerage is preferred. • Flexible schedule for client visits and exhibition meetings. What We Provide • Full set of product qualification documents: GMP certificate, export sales certificates, multi-country COPP, product COAs, etc. • Standardized product materials, English business documents and quotation support. • Back-office support from our sales and technical teams in China for negotiations and credential queries. • On-time commission settlement strictly per the agency agreement. Key Terms (Written into the Agency Agreement) • Client ownership and protection: Clients you develop and register are protected for 3 years. During this period, all orders from the client earn you commission, and our other sales staff may not take over your registered clients. After the period ends, both parties will renegotiate. • Compliance duty: You must verify the pharmaceutical credentials of Dubai clients and prioritize licensed multi-region re-export traders. Knowingly introducing grey-customs, smuggling or unlicensed entities is a material breach. We may cancel the related commission and terminate the cooperation. • Costs: Travel, exhibition and entertainment expenses are borne by the representative. • Exclusivity: Whether you may also represent competing products will be agreed in the contract. • Role: This is a business-introduction role only.
