Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – French Speaker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves advising French-speaking clients on company formation in the UAE, including free zone, mainland, and offshore structures, and guiding them through licensing, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements. The consultant will coordinate with government authorities and banking partners, prepare and review business setup proposals, and support clients with visa, PRO, and banking-related processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, explaining setup options, managing client files, and ensuring timely completion of all business setup milestones. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, collaborating with internal teams, and providing clear, professional communication in both French and English to deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Management Consulting skills to advise clients on business setup structures, regulatory requirements, and strategic growth options. • Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate market and regulatory information, and recommend suitable business and banking solutions. • Candidates should possess advanced Communication skills, including fluency in French and proficiency in English, to interact effectively with clients, partners, and government entities. • Candidates should possess solid Finance-related skills to understand banking, transaction services, trade finance, and basic financial documentation relevant to company setup. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; prior experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or consulting is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland regulations, and company formation processes, with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. • Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools, high attention to detail, and a client-centric approach to service delivery. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality of client
