A leading professional services firm in Dubai is seeking an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion across the UAE and GCC. This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with a proven track record of winning and growing professional services business across advisory, consulting, accounting, legal, or financial services sectors. Key Requirements • 15+ years of commercial leadership experience within professional services, consulting, advisory, legal, accounting, or corporate banking. • Demonstrated success in originating and closing high-value engagements in the UAE/GCC market. • Established network of C-suite executives, Boards, family offices, government-related entities, and multinational organizations. • Strong expertise in consultative selling, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations. • Proven ability to drive multi-service growth and develop long-term client relationships. • Exceptional executive presence, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
