Direct Sales Executive – Banking

Job Responsibilities • Promote and sell banking products, including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutions. • Generate new business through direct sales, outdoor sales, referrals, and customer acquisition. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE banking regulations and internal policies. Requirements • Previous experience in direct sales within the UAE banking or financial services sector is mandatory. • Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and earning good sales incentives. • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive sales environment. • Knowledge of UAE banking products and market practices is preferred. • Candidates with an existing customer network and a consistent sales performance history will have an advantage.
