Role Purpose Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members. Key Responsibilities • Understand and work toward volume and financial targets. • Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads • Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base. • Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints. • Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager. • Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts. Experience 5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles Min 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry.
