Leasing Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities • Manage lease renewals, terminations, cancellations, and related administrative processes. • Conduct lease analysis and review contractual terms, financial implications, and renewal conditions. • Process company lease cancellations and terminations in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Review lease documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements. • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve lease-related queries and ensure timely processing. • Maintain accurate leasing records, financial documentation, and reports. • Provide professional customer service by addressing client enquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience. • Support financial reconciliations, lease-related calculations, and documentation as required. • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Experience • Proven experience in leasing, lease administration, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of lease renewals, lease analysis, company cancellations, and lease terminations. • Solid financial background with an understanding of financial documentation, calculations, and reconciliations. • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
