Role Description The Regional Vice President Dubai is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations, growth, and client relationships in the Dubai region. This role includes setting regional strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with Pinnacle’s global vision for digital construction and sustainability. The Regional Vice President will lead cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and build partnerships with stakeholders across the AECO ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include monitoring regional performance metrics, guiding business development initiatives, supporting large project pursuits, and mentoring local leadership and staff. The role also requires close collaboration with global executives to share market insights, optimize service delivery, and maintain operational excellence. Qualifications • Leadership and management skills, including team leadership, regional oversight, and talent development capabilities. • Business development, sales, and strategic account management skills to drive growth, expand the client base, and strengthen partnerships. • Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and performance management skills to set objectives and manage budgets and KPIs. • Industry expertise in AECO, digital construction, or related technology solutions, with familiarity in Digital Twins and lifecycle project delivery. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal teams. • Proven experience in a senior regional or country leadership role, preferably within construction, engineering, technology, or consulting sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is advantageous. • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel within the region and internationally as business needs require.
