Retail Sales Executive – Gold Jewellery / Luxury Retail

Our Client is looking for a Retail Sales Executive responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting gold jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of product presentation and showroom operations. Key Responsibilities • Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget. • Recommend suitable jewellery products for weddings, gifts, special occasions, and daily wear. • Prepare quotations and explain gold rates, applicable taxes, discounts, and payment terms. • Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. • Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally. • Maintain accurate sales transactions, invoices, customer records, and order details. • Ensure jewellery items are properly displayed, tagged, counted, and securely handled. • Follow company policies for stock control, security, and jewellery handling. • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards. • Keep updated on gold market rates, jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor activities. Qualifications and Experience • Previous experience in gold jewellery retail sales is preferred. • Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications. • Good communication and customer service skills.
