Sales Executive – Credit Cards

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive – Credit Cards to acquire new customers, promote credit card products, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers. • Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, databases, and direct customer engagement. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable card products. • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, fees, benefits, and documentation requirements. • Collect and verify customer documents accurately before submission. • Ensure applications comply with KYC, AML, credit, and internal banking policies. • Follow up on applications until approval and card issuance. • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity KPIs. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update lead/customer status regularly. • Build strong customer relationships and support after-sales queries. • Cross-sell other banking products where relevant. • Maintain professional and ethical selling standards. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of banking / financial services sales experience preferred. • Previous experience in credit card sales, personal loans, or retail banking products is an advantage. • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable with field sales, direct sales, and target-driven environments. • Basic understanding of KYC, banking documentation, and compliance requirements. • UAE banking sales experience is preferred.
