Role Description: This is a full-time, remote Salesperson role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present Defyned’s website and digital solutions to prospective clients. Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and estimates, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets. The role involves collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, clear expectations, and a smooth handover from sale to project execution. Qualifications • Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with the ability to consistently move opportunities through the sales cycle. • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience tailoring solutions to client needs in a B2B environment. • Comfort with digital products and services, ideally including websites, marketing funnels, or broader digital marketing solutions. • Clear, professional English communication skills (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus. • Organized and self-directed, with solid time management, CRM proficiency, and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up. • Prior sales experience in digital agencies, SaaS, or technology services is highly beneficial.
