Description de l'offre d'emploi

Letswork recrute : Venue Partnerships - Intern, à Dubai, Émirats arabes unis (Stage).

Company Description Letswork is EMEA's leading platform for flexible workspace, helping people and companies find, book, and manage coworking desks, meeting rooms, and offices across 25+ cities, for anything from an hour to a long-term stay. Our global membership connects remote professionals with top coworking spaces, hotels, cafés, and other "third spaces," making in-person collaboration and community easy to find wherever you are. Behind the scenes, our AI-powered operating system helps operators run bookings, access, billing, and reporting - all in one place, with built-in demand from our platform. We're trusted by 80,000+ users worldwide and rated 4.8 stars across 56,000+ reviews. And we're about to open our most ambitious space yet: Work From Park (WFP), a first-of-its-kind coworking destination built with the Dubai Government inside Barsha Pond Park - with a running track, basketball courts, and five-a-side pitches on-site. This role sits right at the center of that launch. Role Description This isn’t a sit-in-the-corner, watch-from-the-sidelines internship. As our Venue Partnerships Intern, you’ll own the supply side of the marketplace: finding, pitching, signing, and launching the venues our members book every day. It’s a full-time, in-person role based in Dubai. Concretely, that means: • Building pipeline - researching and qualifying hotels, coworking spaces, cafés, and meeting room operators across the UAE and our expansion markets, using AI tools, Google Maps, and our CRM to build target lists that are actually worth contacting. • Pitching and closing - running outreach, discovery calls, and site visits, then walking venues through our partnership model. A hotel GM thinks about F&B revenue and footfall; a coworking space owner thinks about quiet weekday afternoons. You’ll learn to pitch each one differently. • Onboarding and go-live - getting signed venues live on the platform: contracts, listing setup, photos, pricing, and launch content with our marketing team. • First transaction, fast - your job isn’t done at signature. A venue counts when members start booking it, so you’ll work with sales and community to drive first bookings within a week of going live. • Reactivation - converting dormant listings into active, revenue-generating partners. This starts as a paid internship, with a real path to converting into a full-time Partnerships Lead role once you're up and running. Qualifications • Sharp analytical instincts - you like digging into neighbourhoods, venues, and data, and can tell a high-potential partner from a dead end before you spend a week on it. • A genuine interest in partnerships, business development, or hospitality - walking into a hotel lobby to ask for the GM excites you more than it intimidates you. • Strong written and verbal communication - you can write an outreach message people actually open, and hold your own across the table from a sales director. • AI-literate - comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up prospecting, research venues, draft outreach, and pull together reports. This is a must-have in 2026, not a nice-to-have. • Commercially minded and target-driven - you’re motivated by a number, comfortable with rejection, and disciplined about follow-ups. • Recently graduated in Business, Economics, Hospitality, Real Estate, Marketing, or something adjacent. • Comfortable in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment, including time out of the office visiting venues around Dubai. • Bonus points if you’ve worked in hospitality, real estate, or B2B sales, or you speak Arabic. • Handy with the basics - spreadsheets, slides, CRMs - and quick to pick up new tools.
