KARTH is hiring | Head of Operations & Venture Development 🇹🇳 📍 Location: Tunis, Tunisia — HQ I'm looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual to join KARTH at our headquarters in Tunis and play a key role in building the business from the ground up. KARTH is developing a curated investment discovery platform connecting startups, investors, and investment opportunities across Tunisia and beyond, spanning venture capital, private equity, angel investing, real estate, crowdfunding, and alternative investments. This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of the company's day-to-day execution, business development, and operational growth. What you'll be responsible for: * Leading day-to-day operations and translating strategy into execution. * Building relationships with startups, investors, and strategic partners. * Sourcing and curating promising investment opportunities. * Coordinating product development and business initiatives. * Developing partnerships, testing growth channels, and supporting monetization. * Establishing operational processes, tracking KPIs, and driving measurable progress. Who we're looking for: Someone ambitious, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative in an early-stage environment. You should have strong communication and organizational skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and investment. Experience in business operations, business development, venture building, or the startup ecosystem is an advantage. Above all, we're looking for someone who can turn ideas into results and operate with autonomy.
