Marketing & Talent Acquisition Manager

High-tech Solutions BV is a Belgian engineering and technical consulting company based in Waregem. Through HTS Global Talents (talents.high-techsolutions.be), we help European industrial companies hire tested technical profiles: maintenance, electrical, automation, quality and safety. To grow our presence in Tunisia and Morocco, we are looking for a freelance Marketing & Talent Acquisition Manager who will represent our company in the region. Your mission - Promote High-tech Solutions and our website talents.high-techsolutions.be in Tunisia and Morocco. - Build and run our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, in French and Arabic. - Find and attract qualified technical candidates: technicians, electromechanics, maintenance and automation profiles, engineers. - Build partnerships with technical schools, training centres, universities and local companies. - Organise presentation days, assessment sessions and events with our partners. - Track results (visitors, candidates, partnerships) and share a monthly report. Your profile - At least 5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment or business development. - A strong network in industry, technical education or recruitment in Tunisia and/or Morocco. - Fluent French and Arabic; good English is a plus. - Independent, organised, comfortable in public and on social media. - Freelance status or able to invoice. What we offer - A long-term freelance assignment, remote and in the field. - Attractive pay based on experience and results: up to EUR 12,000 per month. - Direct collaboration with the founder, an engineer with more than 20 years of industrial experience in Europe. - A growing company with real projects to build.
