Role Description The Owner role at Nexus Design Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Tunis. The Owner oversees overall business operations, including defining the studio’s vision, managing client relationships, and guiding project pipelines from concept to completion. Daily responsibilities include supervising design projects, coordinating with team members and partners, handling budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and brand standards. The Owner is also responsible for developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a sustainable and inclusive work environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving to support growth and long-term success.
