Role Description The Talent Development Manager partners with leadership and team managers to build succession plans, career paths, and development frameworks for technical and non-technical roles. Day-to-day activities include facilitating workshops, coaching team members, maintaining skills and competency matrices, and ensuring development initiatives align with business objectives and project demands. The role also involves continuous improvement of talent management processes, supporting performance review cycles, and contributing to employer branding as a learning-focused organization. Qualifications • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an Agile, international context and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is an advantage. • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide clear feedback. • Proficiency in Training & Development, including needs analysis, program design, and delivery of learning initiatives.
