MEDGULF Saudi Arabia recrute : Digital Care Specialist, à Riyadh, Arabie saoudite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer inquiries through website, mobile app, chatbot, email, live chat, and digital platforms. • Support customers with registration, login, navigation, and digital transaction issues. • Process digital service requests related to policies, claims follow-ups, approvals, and general inquiries. • Educate customers on using self-service capabilities. • Escalate technical platform issues when required. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Ensure compliance with service standards and response timelines. • Support digital adoption initiatives. • Identify recurring digital service issues and report them to management. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Customer Service, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in digital customer support, customer service, or digital operations. • Insurance experience preferred.
